====== Fill level ======


The fill level of a [[SparseConnection]] is the ratio between number of possible connections that can be stored in the reserved memory of the connection class and the number of actual nonzero connections in this class. The number is between 0 and 1 and should be close to one to be as memory efficient as possible.
